Overview
As an outgrowth of our institutional investment consulting practice,
Cornerstone works with our non-profit
clients, their Board Members and major donors to offer estate planning services
around major annual gifts and planned gifts. Our experience has proven that major
gift donors will make more substantial gifts when they understand how their overall
estate planning is effected. Because we have worked with a wide variety of institutions,
Cornerstone has had experience in analyzing many asset gathering programs. In addition
to cash gifts, Cornerstone has worked on numerous charitable trust, family foundation
and deferred gift strategies.
