Donna Humphrey, AIF®
Director of Compensation Planning Operations

As one of the senior members of Cornerstone, Donna has a number of responsibilities that keeps her in touch with our clients, vendors, regulatory agencies and staff. Her primary responsibilities are the coordination of client service activities and plan communications. She is the Financial & Operations Principal of the Broker/Dealer and is responsible for the books and records of our FINRA member firm and RIA’s. Donna holds a AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies. She is a Series 7, 63 and 65 FINRA Registered Representative and holds a PA state life and health insurance license. Donna oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm with a specialization in Human Resources.
 


Michelle Johnson, CRPSSM
Client Service Manager

As a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist, Michelle is responsible for the service and communications to our institutional retirement plan clients. She also coordinates plan takeovers, oversees the RFP process, and assists in the preparation of retirement plan investment reviews. Michelle is also responsible for the research and design of our Compensation Planning marketing materials, as well as the quarterly Participant Newsletter. She is a Series 6 and 63 FINRA Registered Representative.
 


Sean Lyons
Senior Consultant

Sean’s responsibilities include client acquisition and account maintenance. He is also one of Cornerstone’s leading retirement plan Education Consultants. In addition, he designs comprehensive financial plans for individual employees of our corporate clients and their families to help them meet their financial goals and objectives. As a graduate of the Joseph Hurley’s 529 Academy, he also assists families with college planning. Sean is a Series 7, 63 and 65 FINRA Registered Representative and holds a PA state life and health insurance license. He is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) program.
 
 


Laura Gulla
Financial/Compliance Manager

Laura is responsible for the accounting for our Broker/Dealer and RIA, with secondary responsibilities of assisting with compliance matters and reporting for all of Cornerstone’s private placement activity. Her position requires her knowledge being current with regards to both FINRA and SEC regulations. She is a Series 7 and 66 FINRA Registered Representative. Laura is currently studying for the FINRA Series 27 exam.
 


Christopher Lakatosh
Senior Consultant

As one of Cornerstone’s Senior Investment Consultants, Chris’s main responsibilities include client acquisition, account maintenance and developing financial strategies for prospective individuals and institutions. He is also one of our top retirement plan Education Consultants for our corporate retirement planning clients. He is a Series 7, 63 and 65 FINRA Registered Representative and is currently enrolled in the Certified Financial Planning program.
 


Trevor Reid
Associate Investment Analyst

Trevor came to Cornerstone in December of 2008 from Evergreen Investments. He graduated from Siena College in 2007 with a BS in Finance. Trevor is responsible for preparing the investment review material for all of CII's institutional clients as well as assisting the senior investment analysts with manager research and selection. He is currently a Level II CFA candidate with a Series 7 FINRA Registered Representative license and is also in pursuit of his Series 66 FINRA Registered Representative license. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Trevor also co-authored a research paper titled "Cost of Carry on Steroids: Application to Oil Futures Pricing" that was presented at The Institute for Business and Finance Research conference in May 2009.
 


Kim Cottrell
Strategic Assistant

As the Strategic Assistant for the Managing Director of CII and the Administrative Assistant for the Compensation Planning team, Kim’s responsibilities span a large spectrum that includes scheduling meetings with our clients and prospects, preparing the Managing Director and the team for meetings, maintaining our client database, and ensuring all client data is organized and available upon request. Her other duties include the administration of our marketing activities, letters, and research. She is also a member of our Imaging Systems team.
 


Amy Tone
Client Service Administrator

Amy joined the Cornerstone team in April of 2007 after spending 8 years with a nationally known brokerage house. Her current responsibilities consist of providing internal servicing of our clients which includes coordinating all new business paperwork with the various custodians. Amy also provides administrative support to our Senior Consultants and is responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of our Broker/Dealer. She is a Series 7 and 66 FINRA Registered Representative and is currently studying for the PA state life and health insurance license.
 


Carissa Garis
Office Administrator

After spending over 6 years in client service roles and receiving the "Customer Service Pro” award at an internationally known communications company, Carissa joined the Cornerstone team as the Bethlehem Office’s Lead Receptionist and Administrator. She is the first point of contact for our clients and is also responsible for maintaining the day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and productive environment. Carissa also assists the Compensation Planning team with special projects.
